For specific technical requirements, notice of 10 working days must be given in advance for any additional technical equipment and services. Please include your preferred location and quantity of the equipment listed below and we will be pleased to offer a quotation.


1.DIMENSIONS AND SEATING

​

The hall is flat floored, 897 sqm with carpeted Latex felt floor.
• Ceiling height is 7 metres to underneath of trussing.


2. ACCESS


• Level loading access to this room is via 2 x goods lifts to the Northwest Corner of The CCD with a flat push to the room.


3. STAGE


• Flexible stage system 7.32 m wide x 3.66m deep x 0.6m high.
• 1 lectern & Top table for 6 people.


4. PROJECTION


• Data / Video Projector - 1 x Panasonic PT–RQ18KEJ 16K HD Lazer projector with standard lens
• 1 x Front Projection Screen 6.20m x 3.5m (16:9)
• 2 x PCs (fixed in Technical Control Room)
• 1 x Apple iMac (fixed in Technical Control Room)
• 1 x Comfort Monitor 
• 1 x Switcher & Preview Monitor (Analogue Way Pulse 4K)
• Cue light with built-in laser pointer.


5. SOUND


(All speakers and amplifiers are d&b audiotechnik)
• Stage left 1 x Qi7, 1 x Qi10 Loudspeakers
• Stage right 1 x Qi7,1 x Qi10 Loudspeakers
• Out fills 2 x E12 Truss Loudspeakers
• Delay speakers 2 x E12 Truss Loudspeakers
• Sub Bass - up 2 x Q Subs can be deployed at floor level to extend low frequency response.
• Front Fill Speakers - Up to 4 x E3 speakers can be deployed as front fill speakers if required.
• Stage Monitors - Up to 2 x E3 speakers can be deployed as stage monitor speakers if 
required.

• 6 cabled microphones.
• 4 radio microphones (Handheld or Lavaliere Sennheiser EWD).
• DiGiCo Quantum 225 digital mixing console
• 1 x Pro Hard Disk Audio Recorder

6. LIGHTING


• 250 channel intelligent stage lighting system. 
• 40 3kW dimmable circuits plus 20 non-dimmable circuits
• Control is via an Avolites Tiger Touch 2 & Wing


LUMINAIRES
• 4x 1.2kW Rama Fresnels 
• 4x Zoom Profile ETC Source 4
• Astera Ax9 Power Par colour wash on the Ceiling Sails


Addition of corporate Gobos and use of moving lights can be arranged at an additional cost with prior notice.


All lighting designs need to be agreed with The CCD.


7. POWER


• 13-amp sockets are available in the walls up to a maximum overall load of 32 amps
• Larger supplies are available at an additional cost.
• Where extra-to-package equipment is sourced through the venue, the associated power charges will be waived. 


8. PERFORMANCE COMMUNICATIONS


• There is a Clear-Com 2 channel main station and 6 hard wired units.


9. ADDITIONAL FACILITIES


• A Sennheiser Infra-Red System is installed for the hearing impaired. There are limited 
numbers of listening devices and requirements need to be advised in advance. 
• Wireless Internet Access on the CCD guest service – (Wired Internet Access or a supported network can be arranged by request, at an additional cost)


PLEASE NOTE THE ABOVE EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATION MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.


10. STAFFING


The package is up to two technical staff, depending on the technical requirements, the venue will determine the optimum number of staff required. 


CCD Technical Staff work a 9-hour shift including one hour for lunch between the hours of 07:00 – 21:00. Additional hours or times outside of 0700 – 2100 are charged per technician per hour. All CCD technical staff are permitted to work a maximum 12-hour day. Technical personnel must have 11 hours off-site between the end of one day and the start of the following. Please bear this in mind when planning crew call times.


To ensure that The CCD can meet your requirements, all staff and equipment requests that are outside of your package must be confirmed in writing 10 working days prior to the start of tenancy.
