OVERVIEW
​
For specific technical requirements, notice of 10 working days must be given in advance for any additional technical equipment and services. Please include your preferred location and quantity of the equipment listed below and we will be pleased to offer a quotation.
1. DIMENSIONS AND SEATING
​
The hall is flat floored, 1650 sqm with carpeted Latex felt floor.
• Ceiling height is 7 metres to underneath of trussing.
• Net Stand Area is 751 sqm
​
2. ACCESS
Level loading access to this room is via 2 x goods lifts to the Northwest Corner of the building with a flat push to the room. Lift door Dimensions are 3.9m wide x 3.2 m high & 2.9m wide x 3.2 m high.
3. STAGE
Staging can be provided at an additional cost.
4. SUSPENSION
The Truss layout in the ceiling provides 1-tonne suspension points every 3m in a square pattern over the entire hall.
These suspension points are available by quotation.
Rigging proposals require prior approval by the Technical Department.
5. LIGHTING
House lighting: Discharge lighting for general use.
Larger Lighting rigs are available by quotation. A Standard Package Ceiling Wash is available.
6. SOUND
A switched Microphone on a stand is available for announcements.
7. POWER
Cable pass-through points with fire stopping arrangements link all areas; any requirement to use them must be notified in advance.
13-amp sockets are available in the walls up to a maximum overall load of 32 amps.
Additional power is available at an additional cost.

Where extra-to-package equipment is sourced through the venue, the associated power charges will be waived.
8. DATA POINTS
These are available at an additional cost.

9. STAFFING
The technical staff included for a standard exhibition is:
One Exhibition Manager for build-up and breakdown.
CCD Technical Staff work a 9 Hour shift including one hour for lunch between the hours of 07:00 – 21:00. Additional hours or times outside of 0700 – 2100 are charged per technician per hour.

All CCD technical staff are permitted to work a maximum 12-hour day. Technical personnel must have 11 hours off-site between the end of one day and the start of the following. Please bear this is mind when planning crew call times.
To ensure that The CCD can meet your requirements, all staff and equipment requests that are outside of your package must be confirmed in writing 10 working days prior to the start of tenancy.
