(Conference Tenancy)

For specific technical requirements, notice of 10 working days must be given in advance for any additional technical equipment and services. Please include your preferred location and quantity of the equipment listed below and we will be pleased to offer a quotation.

Conference Rental Package Includes:
1. STAGING
• Flexible carpeted stage system up to 8.54m wide x 2.44m deep and 300mm high
(Liffey Hall 1 7.32m wide x 2.44m deep and 300mm high)
• 1 x Lectern and a standard top table for 3 persons.
Removal of the Stage to increase the capacity of the hall can be arranged by quotation.
2. SOUND
(All speakers and amplifiers are d&b audiotechnik)
• 2 x E12 D Speakers
• Digico S21
• 1 x Tascam SSR-250N audio recorder
MICROPHONES
• Up to 4 x Cabled Microphones (3 x AKG SE300B + 1 x AT Podium Condenser Microphone or similar)
• Up to 2 x Wireless Microphones Handheld or Lavaliere (Sennheiser EW512 G3 or similar)
PERFORMANCE COMMUNICATIONS
• There is a Clear-Com 2 channel main station and hard-wired units.
3. STAGE LIGHTING
• Acclaim Fresnel’s 500w x 4
• Source 4 jnr. 25-50 degree x 3
• The lighting is controlled via an ETC Smart Fade and through 20 x 2kw dimmers plus 4
x 2kw non-dimmable circuits distributed within the hall
4. PRESENTATION EQUIPMENT
• 1 x Data or Video Projector – Panasonic PT-RZ570 5K Laser Projector
• 1 x Desktop computer with Dual Video outputs. (in AV Control Room)
• 1 x Comfort Monitor
• 1 x Switcher (Analogue Way Pulse 4K) and Preview Monitor
• 1 x Front Projection Screen 3000mm x 1690mm (16:9)
• 1 x USB Presenter with built in Laser Pointer
• 13A sockets are available up to a maximum room load of 32A – Larger power supplies are available at an additional cost
5. TECHNICAL SUPPORT
• 1 x Technician is available in the package to run the above technical equipment for events or to assist visiting technicians.
6. DISABLED FACILITIES
• The Halls are fully accessible for visitors with disabilities.
• Wheelchair ramps to stage are available by prior request.
7. ADDITIONAL FACILITIES
• A Sennheiser Infra-Red System is installed for the hearing impaired. There are limited
numbers of listening devices and requirements need to be advised in advance. There is also an induction loop system fitted in these meeting rooms.
• Wireless Internet Access on the CCD guest service – (Wired Internet Access or a supported network can be arranged by request, at an additional cost)
8. ACCESS
• Level loading access to these rooms is via goods lifts to the Northwest Corner of The CCD
PLEASE NOTE THE ABOVE EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATION MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
STAFFING
The package is for one technical staff, CCD Technical Staff work a 9-hour shift, including one hour for lunch between the hours of 07:00 – 21:00. Additional hours or times outside of 0700 – 2100 are charged per technician per hour. All CCD technical staff are permitted to work a maximum 12-hour day. Technical personnel must have 11 hours off-site between the end of one day and the start of the following. Please bear this in mind when planning crew call times.
To ensure that The CCD can meet your requirements, all staff and equipment requests that are outside of your package must be confirmed in writing 10 working days prior to the start of tenancy.
